Dear parents, we welcome you to come and enjoy lunch with your student and ask that you follow these guidelines:
- Complete a background check well in advance of your lunch time visit. You can access the online form here: Background Check link: https://pubapp.salkeiz.k12.or.us/eligibilityform
- Come at your child’s designated lunch time (11:20am, 11:50pm, or 12:20pm)
- Check in at the front office and obtain a badge. If you arrive early you are more than welcome to wait on our comfy couches in the lobby
- If you bring younger siblings along, please monitor them at all times
- Once lunch time arrives, wait for your child in the designated lunch area (the pod closest to your child’s classroom)
- Your child may invite one classmate to eat lunch with you in the designated lunch area. Please supervise your lunch buddies
- Do not leave the designated lunch area to go to another area of the school or playground
- After lunch, students must return to their classroom to get ready for recess. Parents and younger sibling do not go to recess with the student
- Check out through the front office and return the badge. Thank you for your assistance in keeping Chapman Hill a safe and structured environment for your child.
